the official start date of the project is November 1, 2006. The contract entered into force

6th European Framework Programme. Following peer-review, the project was selected
for funding in early 2006. A preliminary meeting between all partners was held in Ghent
in June 2006 during which the expected project official starting date was chosen as
November 1, 2006.
