Leaf samples

Arabidopsis Col-4 wild-type plants were grown on the PHENOPSIS platform under constant environment conditions (LEPSE, Montpellier).

Leaves 6 were harvested at 4 stages of their development before the light was on (with green light) and before the light was off.

Stage 1: with high cell division corresponding to rosette stage 1.07
Stage 2: rapid cell expansion corresponding to rosette stage 1.12
Stage 3: decreasing cell expansion corresponding to rosette stage 1.18
Stage 4: no expansion corresponding to rosette stage 1.30
